Time Lines
Q) How long will a job take?: A) To complete a shell project anywhere from 1-2 weeks.

Vacating
Q) Can I live in my home while construction is being done?: A) In most cases, yes, but it does depend on the extent of the work being done.

Work Hours
Q) At what time do jobs usually start and finish?: A) All jobs start at 8:00am and finish at 5:00pm Monday - Saturday.

Accessibility
Q) Will I need to be home?: A) For most jobs, it is not necessary.

Privacy
Q) Will workers be in and out of my house?: A) No, not until the stairs are put in, which is done last. There will be no requests to use the facilities either, as a portable toilet will be on site.

Requirements
Q) Will I need an architect?: A) Yes, all municipalities require complete architectual drawings for new construction and remodeling.

References
Q) Can I see some past work?: A) We will be more than happy to meet a customer at a current job site to view our work in progress, meet the crew, and homeowners.

Meeting
Q) Will we hold a pre-construction meeting before any work begins?: A – Yes, During the pre-construction meeting we review the final plans, discuss where to place the building materials used for the job and the dumpster. Any request, questions or concerns that you may have will be addressed.
